Intracoastal Realty Corp., a Wilmington-based residential real estate firm, recently announced the addition of five agents.

Rebecca "Becca"Nealon and Cora Allen joined the agency's Lumina Station office.

Nealon visited Wilmington every summer as a child, but it was swimming for the University of North Carolina Wilmington that ultimately brought her to Wilmington full-time.

As an occupational therapist for 15 years, she worked in a variety of rehab settings before becoming a real estate agent. In her spare time, Nealon can be found with her husband, their three boys and their Mastiff puppy boating, beaching, hiking in the North Carolina mountains or cheering on the soccer fields.

Allen was born and raised in a small town outside New Bern called Trenton, spending most of her college summers and post- graduate life in Wilmington. She worked previously in accounting before starting her career at Intracoastal Realty. In her free time, she loves boating on the water, cheering on her alma mater, East Carolina University, or trying some of Wilmington’s top-rated food.

Suzanne McDavid joined the Carolina Beach office. A native of Vero Beach, Florida, McDavid moved to the Carolina Beach area after 28 years in Highlands. She has earned the Accredited Buyers' Representative Designation, as well as becoming a Resort and Second Home Specialist. Suzanne loves spending time at the beach and supporting the local sea turtle rescue.

Stephen Behan, who has joined the downtown office of Intracoastal Realty, moved to Wilmington after attending N.C. State University. He worked in commercial construction as an inspector for six years before joining Intracoastal Realty. His interest in real estate was kindled by the same spark that brought him to construction: his appreciation for architecture and the design of living spaces. When he's not working, he enjoys surfing, trying out new restaurants and reading a good book.

Elly Citron joined the Intracoastal Realty office at The Pointe at Barclay in midtown Wilmington. Citron went to school in Southern Missouri, where her family owned a real estate company.

After graduation, Citron received a scholarship to play beach volleyball at Florida International University in Miami, Florida.  After college she continued to play semi-professionally, even playing in tournaments overseas. Alhough she moved to the area to teach and coach volleyball, Citron grew up around the real estate industry and decided to get her North Carolina real estate license. Outside of work Citron loves going to the beach, playing beach volleyball and paddle-boarding.
