Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co. has announced that Ginny Dunn has joined the firm's brokerage team.

Dunn comes to Wilmington as an experienced commercial real estate broker from the Memphis Metro and broader western Tennessee area, a news release stated.

Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, she honed her skills for commercial development as economic director for the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce, according to the release. She tripled the chamber membership and secured a national chain grocer for the Lakeland area.

Dunn was also instrumental in the redevelopment of a 160-acre mixed-use project, The Lake District, the release stated.

Hansen Matthews, a partner in Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co., said in the release, “We are enthusiastic to be adding someone of Ginny’s professional abilities and character to our brokerage team. Her belief in community involvement is very evident. Her leasing and sales experience as a commercial broker in a large market such as the Memphis area has provided her with strong business relationships throughout that state, which she is already leveraging in this market.”
