Few Joins Industry Association Board

Travis Few, owner of Wilmington-based Few Moves, has been elected to serve on the N.C. Movers Association board of directors, according to a recent news release. Few will chair the ​scholarship ​committee,​ which presents a college scholarship each year.

Few became a member of the association in 2010 and says he has aspired to be a board member since joining​.

​“I have spent the last six year​s building​ Few Moves Moving Company and I want t​o have an impact on the direction the moving industry is heading,” he said in the release, adding he hopes his new board position will allow him to  “keep the Movers Association relevant to the needs of moving companies in N.C. and continue to evolve the industry to keep up with the ever-changing environment of our community and state​.​”

In addition to his scholarship committee responsibilities, Few will review the applications of potential association members, the release stated.
