Katie Gralton has joined McKim & Creed’s Wilmington office as a human resources administrative assistant, the firm announced recently.

Gralton earned a degree in business, with a concentration in human resources, from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. In her new role with the engineering, surveying and planning firm, she will assist with recruitment, new employee orientation and HR data entry, among other responsibilities, the release stated.

Before coming to McKim & Creed, Gralton worked with the Coastal Horizons Center as a human resource associate, according to the release.
