Del Allen has joined Wilmington-based Envision Mortgage Corp. as a mortgage consultant, the firm announced recently.

She brings 24 years’ experience in the industry, all in the Wilmington market, according to a news release, which stated that, since beginning her career in 1990, Allen has provided mortgage services for national retail lenders, savings and loan organizations and mortgage broker operations, and has helped “hundreds of local families with their home-buying and mortgage-financing needs.” 

Allen has established valuable relationships, according to firm president Melanie Welsh.

“Her experience and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is evident through the excellent relationships that she retains with repeat clients as well as area realtors, appraisers and attorneys,” Welsh said in the release.
