Frederiksen Joins Coin Neurology

Frederiksen joins Coin Neurology
Julie Lane Frederiksen has joined Wilmington-based Coin Neurology, a general and subspecialty adult neurology practice, according to a news release. In her role as nurse practitioner, Frederiksen will “help treat current patients, while helping expand the practice to serve the needs of new ones,” according to the release. 
 
“Coin Neurology is known throughout the region as the premier neurology practice, and I am delighted to be a part of it,” Frederiksen said in the release.
 
Prior to joining Coin Neurology, Frederiksen worked for 10 years at Wilmington Health, where she focused on neurology and internal medicine, according to the release. 
 
She received her undergraduate degree from Boston College, as well as her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions.
 
Frederiksen is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and adult psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She also holds certification from the International Organization of Multiple Sclerosis Nurses, according to the release.
