The Coastal Cypress Building Company, a custom homebuilder in the Wilmington area, recently announced the addition of Graham Smith as the company’s new managing partner.
"Smith brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience, further strengthening the company's position in the market," according to a news release.
Smith has 15 years of experience in the construction industry since graduating from East Carolina University’s construction management program, the release stated.
According to the release, hiring Smith represents a strategic move to enhance the company's capabilities and expand its reach while creating generational longevity.
Steve Swain, president of The Coastal Cypress Building Company, stated in the release, "His proven track record and commitment to excellence align perfectly with our core values. We believe that his skills and leadership will drive our company to new heights."
According to the release, demand for high-quality custom homes is at its peak and Coastal Cypress plans to continue adding key members to help meet the growth.
