Leath HR recently announced two additions to its HR consulting team: Michael Christman and Steph Lancaster.
Christman is the firm's new senior certified HR consultant, "a dynamic force in HR with a knack for thriving in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. Michael's all about practical, sustainable solutions that fuel epic business growth. He's got a knack for crafting workplaces where employees thrive and leave their mark," according to the company's announcement.
Christman is a three-time OnCon Icon award winner and has been gracing the Top 50 Human Resources Professionals list since 2021.
Lancaster (pictured at right) joins the firm as an independent contractor "and visionary leader in HR, with over 19 years of experience in corporate HR and a passion for the community and the environment," the release stated. "She's a true advocate for impactful HR strategies that make a difference. When she's not shaping HR strategies, she's out hiking and enjoying nature with her family."
Lancaster has a bachelor's degree in industrial relations and public policy from UNC Chapel Hill and an MBA from UNCW.
