Wilmington-based commercial real estate firm Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co. welcomed Jess Bolton to its brokerage team, according to a news release.
A native of Gainesville, Florida, Bolton earned his bachelors degree at the University of North Florida. He has lived in Wilmington since 2006, the release stated.
Prior to joining Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co., he spent 16 years supporting medical groups, hospitals and health systems throughout the greater Wilmington area, the state of North Carolina and across the Southeast, according to the release.
