Brunswick Realtors Association Announces New President, Officers

The Brunswick County Association of Realtors recently elected its 2023 president, officers and new directors, according to a news release.

Bob Percesepe of Blue Chip Real Estate, who served as the 2022 president-elect, will step into the role of president for 2023.

“It is an honor to have the opportunity to serve as BCAR President in 2023,” said Percesepe in the release. “BCAR’s members and their commitment to professional excellence and client service are what makes our association great. Our outgoing president, Jennifer Brown, has provided our association with tremendous leadership, and it is an honor to follow in her footsteps in 2023.”

BCAR’S 2023 other officers are:

  • President-Elect: Tori Humphrey, Seaside Appraisals and Realty Centre
  • Past President: Jennifer Brown, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage

BCAR’s new directors are:

  • Denise Young, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage
  • Brian McKenna, Margaret Rudd & Associates
  • Fred Gainey, NorthGroup Real Estate
  • Mark Lindsey, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage
  • Martha Lee, Martha Lee Realty Co.
