Wilkinson will manage all accounting and bookkeeping services for the firm’s property management division.

“Kari’s experience and leadership have been a great asset as we put new and improved systems into place to accommodate our growth,” Grayson Powell, managing partner of the company, said in the release.

McLaughlin has over 30 years of experience in office administration and previously worked in the corporate health division of Medac Urgent Care.

“Manita’s experience and professionalism is a great fit for the SunCoast team,” Powell said in the release.

McLaughlin will have a variety of administrative responsibilities and will also assist with the input and maintenance of the firm’s commercial property listings in the company’s systems.

Walston previously worked as the property manager overseeing the construction of apartments in Richmond, Virginia. She has more than 13 years of residential and property management experience, stated the release.

“She has a special talent for keeping both property owners and tenants happy and her ability to strike that balance between differing interests is key to her success,” Powell said of the new assistant property manager in the release.
