Sea Coast Advantage Ranked Top Coldwell Banker Company In The State

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage was ranked as the company's top real estate firm in the state for total units sold in 2016.

This is the fifth consecutive year the realty firm has earned the ranking, according to a release from the real estate company. Coldwell Banker Sea Caost Advantage has also earned the No. 3 spot in the country in sales volume and No. 4 in the country for closed transactions, according to a news release.

In addition, the Wilmington office of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage was honored as the top office in the country for total units sold among companies with more than 100 sales associates in the Coldwell Banker system in 2016, the release stated.

Sea Coast Advantage has also been named to the Coldwell Banker Chairman’s Circle for the 20th consecutive year. Sea Coast Advantage is one of only 59 Coldwell Banker companies throughout the world to receive this award in 2016, according to the release.

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage is the largest real estate company in New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender and Onslow counties, with $1.4 billion in closed sales volume and 6,364 closed sales transactions in 2016, according to the release.
 
Sea Coast Advantage was founded in Wilmington in 1988 and joined Coldwell Banker in 1993.
