WordCamp Wilmington was among the events canceled because of Hurricane Florence.
 
The two-day event was scheduled to start Sept. 22 at Cape Fear Community College’s Union Station and feature seminars, networking events and a keynote talk.
 
This was to be the third year the conference took place in the Port City.
 
Attendees who had already purchased tickets were told they be refunded within a week of September 11 cancellation announcement. Anyone who did not see a refund in that timeframe was advised to contact [email protected].
