Stahl Is New Vice President At Homeowners Mortgage Enterprises

John J. Stahl III has joined Homeowners Mortgage Enterprises as vice president, retail state manager for North Carolina, South Carolina and coastal Georgia, according to a release from the firm.

Homeowners Mortgage Enterprises is a full-service regional mortgage banking firm serving the Southeast. Its Wilmington office is at 1712 Eastwood Road.

Stahl has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, most recently as senior vice president and mortgage director for The Coastal Bank in Savannah, the release stated. He also served as director of mortgage lending for HomeTrust Bank in Asheville and has been a vice president with Fifth Third Bank, Wachovia Bank and SunTrust Mortgage Corp.

He earned a BBA in finance from Mercer University and an MBA in finance and real estate from Florida Atlantic University, the release stated.
