New stores, including a Lululemon pop-up that will stay in Wilmington for at least a year, are opening this week at Mayfaire Town Center, according to an announcement Tuesday.

Lululemon, which sells high-end athletic gear for running, training, yoga and more, is opening Friday at 6863 Main St.

Buff City Soap is opening at 9 a.m. Thursday, the Mayfaire news release stated, at 1039 International Drive. Buff City products "are handmade daily with nourishing plant-based goodies that are free of harsh ingredients," according to the release.

At Buff City Soap, the first 50 people through the doors Thursday through Sunday will get free soap for a year, the release stated.

Arula, a mid- and plus-size clothing store for women currently under construction at Mayfaire, is expected to open Nov. 1 at 6861 Main St. in the space formerly occupied by Justice.

The clothing and accessory brand Torrid is expected to open at 833 Town Center Drive, in Unit 115 next to H&M, before Christmas, according to the Mayfaire release. The inventory at Torrid is designed for women sizes 10 to 30.

Zoes Kitchen at 1011 International Drive is being transformed into CAVA, a Mediterranean restaurant featuring a food assembly line that allows diners to customize orders from among an assortment of bases, spreads, proteins and toppings.

Additionally, creative arts studio Pinspiration could be welcoming artists to its Wilmington location at 865 Inspiration Drive in Mayfaire by the end of the year.
