Sweyer & Associates Opens New Office For Rentals

By Cece Nunn, posted Aug 26, 2014
One of the area’s largest residential real estate agencies is opening a new location for rental clients in Hampstead.

Century 21 Sweyer & Associates Rental Division is experiencing rapid growth in Pender and Onslow counties, company officials said in a news release. As a result, the release said, the division is opening a new Hampstead office at 16406 U.S. 17, Suite 8, a few doors down from its existing location.

We acquired another management company a little over a year ago, and with the additional business, we have hired three full-time rental professionals to serve the Pender and Onslow markets,” Dave Sweyer, owner of Century 21 Sweyer & Associates Rental Division, said in an email.

The division currently manages more than 1,200 properties.
