Growing Medical Services Firm Leases Larger Space

By Cece Nunn, posted Nov 9, 2015
With the recent lease of space at Burnt Mill Business Park, the Wilmington location of a medical services and equipment provider is expected to move around the first of next year, a company official said Monday.

Lincare, a company that provides home respiratory and other services, has been operating in Wilmington for 25 years, said Wes Todd, local center manager.

“We continue to grow internally and externally across the area,” Todd said. “There’s very strong demand for our level of service and clinical expertise.”

Currently at 3110 Randall Parkway, Lincare is moving across the road to 3203 Burnt Mill Drive, Suite 2, a change scheduled for January, Todd said. The company has 11 full-time employees in Wilmington and is in the midst of hiring two more, he said.

At 4,300 square feet, the new space is nearly double the size of the company's current location, Todd said.

Based in Clearwater, Florida, Lincare is a subsidiary of The Linde Group.

Steve Hall, a broker with Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co., represented the landlord in the lease to Lincare.
