New Computer Repair Business Opens In Fulton Station

By Cece Nunn, posted Sep 15, 2014
A computer repair business opened Monday at Fulton Station, a shopping center at the corner of S. College Road and 17th Street.

Fulton Station, 3715 Patriot Way, is one of at least five shopping centers that Eastern Carolinas Commercial Real Estate Inc. has recently gained the exclusive right to lease, according to a news release from ECCRE.

The leasing agent in the recent transaction was Bernadette Silivanch, who with her husband, Garry, and her son, Nicholas, established ECCRE in August.

Food Lion grocery stores anchor the other four shopping centers: Masonboro Commons, 6400 Carolina Beach Road; Hampstead Station, 14516 U.S. 17 N.; Leland Plaza, at the Mt. Misery Road off-ramp of U.S. 74/76 in Leland; and Snows Cut Crossing, at 1401 N. Lake Park Blvd., Carolina Beach.

Deirdre Wahl, one of the owners and director of operations for the computer repair company, 360 Technology Solutions, said she and her husband, co-owner Matthew Wahl, chose a 1,200-square-foot space in Fulton Station for their new business for several reasons.

The center “was a good central location for us,” as well as being far from competing companies, Deirdre Wahl said.

“And it’s a very busy location,” she said.

The bulk of 360 Technology Solutions’ business is computer repair, she said, but the Wahls, who have more than 20 years of experience in the computer industry, can also help customers through the process of buying a computer or other device and will be offering classes on how to use them.

360 Technology Solutions is located in Suite 139 at Fulton Station.
