Intracoastal Realty Recognizes Agents

Intracoastal Realty honored agents for sales production during 2012. According to a news release, the top agents of the year the firm recognized were:

Closed Sales Dollar Volume: 

Vance Young in the team category ($52.4M); Lee Crouch in the agents and associates category ($10.8M); and Mark Bodford in the individual agents category ($11.8M).

 

Closed Sales Units: 

Keith Beatty in the team category (164); Lee Crouch in the agents and associates category: (52); and Paula Ferebee in the individual agents category (44).

 

Listing Awards for Volume: 

Vance Young in the team category ($90M); Lee Crouch in the agents and associates category ($24.8M); and Paula Ferebee in the individual agents category ($17.1M).

 

Listing Awards for Units: 

Keith Beatty in the team category (123); April McDavid in the agents and associates category (40); and Paula Ferebee in the individual agents category (82).

 

Team Players of the Year: 

Wrightsville Beach office, Hugh MacRae; Lumina I office, Harper Fraser; Carolina Beach office, Richard Mullin; Topsail Island office, Nick Shrum; Oak Island office, Rick Young; and New Homes office, Kraig Marquis.

 

Relocation Department: 

Top Performer for Placed Referrals: Liz Bianchini; and Top Performers for Closed Referrals: Erin Gora and Patricia Fox.
