Local Firm Signs On With S.C. Group To Market, Lease 3 Big Properties

Ziff Properties, a Charleston, S.C.-based commercial real estate investment firm, recently partnered with Wilmington-based Cape Fear Commercial, LLC on Ziff’s Wilmington portfolio that contains more than 800,000 square feet.

Cape Fear Commercial will handle the leasing and marketing of three of Ziff’s real estate holdings. These holdings include downtown landmark office space The Murchison Building on Front Street, retail space at The Village at Myrtle Grove in Monkey Junction and industrial space at Smith Creek Center.

“We have had an eye on Ziff’s holdings for years and are very excited to work with them,” said Brian Eckel, partner at Cape Fear Commercial in a press release. 

“This has been a great investment for us,” said Tim Norton, the director of leasing with Ziff in a press release.
