WARM Hires Project Administrator

By J. Elias O'Neal, posted Feb 18, 2014
Melanie A. James has been hired by the Wilmington Area Rebuilding Ministry (WARM) as its next project administrator.

James will be responsible for application intake, case working, grant reporting, volunteer coordination and front office services, according to a news release.

Prior to joining WARM, James was an accountant for real estate companies, developers, and others in the housing industry, the news release stated. In her spare time, she started “Heavenly Stock” – a children’s clothing ministry at her church.

Five years of steady growth has prompted WARM – a nonprofit whose mission is to make urgent home repairs and accessibility for low-income homeowners – to hire James last month, officials said.
