To help potential residents get a taste of the Plantation Village lifestyle, we have launched an exciting new program called the Passport Club. An exclusive sneak peek into the exceptional quality of life our residents enjoy on a daily basis, the Passport Club provide those considering a move to Plantation Village with an opportunity to test the waters prior to making a long-term commitment.
Three membership levels are being offered. The Silver Level is a free, year-long program that includes an invitation to a resident function of the member’s choosing each month, a newsletter subscription, and a monthly opportunity to sample complimentary, high-quality fare in our beautiful Magnolia dining room overlooking Blue Heron Pond. When you consider that two people could easily spend $50 dining once at an upper-tier restaurant, like the one located at Plantation Village, the Silver Level membership is an approximately $600 value.
At $1,000 for two years, the Gold Level includes two free meals per months, access to two resident functions every month, Passport Club meeting invitations, a complimentary fitness assessment, and a free monthly visit to our onsite salon.
For those who are ready to become residents but their favorite floor plan isn’t available, there is the Platinum Level. This membership allows future residents to get on the waiting list and lock in the entrance fee price for 18 months for a cost of $10,000, which can be applied toward the 10-percent deposit due when the residency contract is signed. In addition to a fitness assessment and use of the fitness center four times per week, Platinum members get four visits to the salon every year and can attend any resident function and Passport Club meeting.
The Platinum Level also includes three meals per month. With exceptional quality standards and a true farm-to-table experience, the restaurant is one of the best aspects of living (and working) at Plantation Village.
As a nonprofit, our focus has always been giving our residents opportunities to lead fulfilled and engaging lives, and we created the Passport Club with that in mind.
We invite you to experience the Plantation Village lifestyle and reach out if you have questions. For information, visit us on the web at www.PlantationVillageRC.com. Like us on Facebook by visiting www.facebook.com/PlantationVillageRC.
