In the wake of last month’s closing of Nick’s Diner, another of Harry Pallas’ downtown restaurants, Dirty Harry’s Burrito and Juice Bar, has closed.

Pallas, who owned Dirty Harry’s with his wife, Kelly, and his sister, Maureen Pallas, opened the restaurant at 34 N. Front St. in October of 2013. A magistrate summons was issued to Pallas on Oct. 9 for an Oct. 16 court appearance. The small claims action was filed by Dino Psilos of Leone International LLC for past due rent on the property.

Psilos said Monday he filed for a writ of possession court order and wants to take over the property and its contents following a hearing on Oct. 28. Psilos claims that Pallas owns him more than $7,000 in rent, an amount also detailed on the magistrate summons, which was taped to the door of the closed restaurant last week. Psilos said he plans to file another claim to try and recover the money.

Calls to Pallas for comment were not returned.
