Keller Williams Convention Honors Local Teams

Local Realtors were honored at the Keller Williams Carolinas Region annual convention, according to a news release.

The region includes nearly 10,000 agents and spanning over 44 locations across North Carolina and South Carolina.

Among those honored at the event were four local Keller Williams teams.
  • Hank Troscianiec & Associates: "Established in 2004, Hank Troscianiec & Associates has been a cornerstone of excellence within the Keller Williams Carolinas Region. At this year's convention, the team proudly secured the No. 17 position in Top Group Sales and No. 16 in Units Sold, a testament to their unwavering commitment to client satisfaction and unparalleled professionalism."
  • The Ben Szafran Team: "Established in 2005 The collaborative efforts of The Ben Szafran Team were recognized as they clinched an impressive No. 17 ranking in Team Sales. Their ability to seamlessly work together and deliver exceptional results underscores their status as industry leaders within the Carolinas region."
  • Domenico Grillo: "Established in 2015 A true luminary in the field, Domenico Grillo attained the No. 1 position in Team Sales and No. 2 in Team Unit Sales. His visionary leadership and relentless pursuit of excellence have set a benchmark for success, inspiring countless agents within the Keller Williams Carolinas Region."
  • Baxter Cheek: "Established in 2008 Demonstrating the power of individual expertise, Baxter Cheek secured an impressive #3 ranking in Individual Sales. His strategic acumen and unwavering dedication to his clients have solidified his reputation as one of the top performers in the region.
