Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, a Wilmington-based residential real estate firm, recently announced agent additions to its offices.

Nancy Strickland has returned to its team in the Carolina Beach office. Strickland was previously a top producer with the firm after spending 19 years as a CFO for a real estate developer, according to a news release.

“Nancy has many skills and so much experience,” said Cori McQueen, managing broker, in the release. “Having supervised everything from vacation rentals and sales to developments and new construction, taking care of all of the details from negotiations to closing, she is a huge asset to her clients. She had her choice of area brokerages, and we’re so happy she came home to Sea Coast.”

A resident of Carolina Beach since 1997, Strickland serves on the board of the homeowner’s association for her neighborhood, Pleasure Cay. She enjoys working in her garden and daily walks.

The company added Wendy O’Brien (pictured at right) to its Wilmington-Autumn Hall office.

According to the release, O’Brien is a seasoned agent who entered the industry in 2015 in her home state of Vermont.

“As a former bookkeeper and office manager, O’Brien successfully transitioned into real estate by leveraging her attention to detail, organizational skills and business sense,” the release stated.

According to the release, she moved to the Wilmington area to be closer to her daughter, who is now a nurse at Duke. Apart from real estate, O’Brien enjoys spending time outdoors.

The Leland Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage office recently welcomed Audrie Sierra (pictured at left) to its team of professionals.

Sierra, who is fluent in Spanish and English, previously worked as an air traffic controller in the Navy. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University, where she earned a degree in social work.

The release stated that when she’s not serving her clients, Sierra enjoys spending time with her family, especially watching her sons play baseball. Finding new recipes and being outside, whether kayaking, hiking or camping, are some of her other favorite activities.
