Wilmington-based residential real estate firm Intracoastal Realty Corp. added numerous agents in 2021, announcing several in October.

Marguerite Ramm, Dylan Kowalski, Margaret McCollum and Megan Buckland joined the Lumina Station office, while Pattiann Koury and Lindsay Striplin joined Intracoastal's office at The Pointe at Barclay.

A native of Winston-Salem, Ramm previously was a broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolinas Realty for two years. She graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in communications.

Her love of adventure pushed her to move closer to the water and continue pursuing her real estate career.

Kowalski is a Wilmington native who is an active member of the community when it comes to sports, school, film and real estate. He attended  the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing strategy.

After earning her degree in communication from East Carolina University, McCollum accepted a sales position with a residential builder in Wilmington. She assisted clients, from first-time to experienced buyers, across Leland and Wilmington.

Originally from Kansas City, Buckland moved to Wilmington in May 2021 after graduating from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee. She earned her degree there while playing D1 collegiate volleyball all four years.

Koury's path led her to California to earn a BFA in photography from the California Institute of the Arts and an MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute. She has been studying the Wilmington real estate market for over 30 years as she watched her hometown develop and grow.

"As an arts educator for nearly two decades, she has a well-developed sense of empathy along with the proven ability to be a compassionate listener and honest communicator," the release stated.

Striplin is a native North Carolinian, originally from the Charlotte area. She received her bachelor’s degree in health information management from Texas State University and has a background in healthcare administration since 2012.
