RE/MAX Essential has announced the additions of Wes McDaniel and Brody Welte to its real estate team, according to a news release.

McDaniel, a Realtor and Carolina Beach resident, moved to Wilmington from Raleigh about 10 years ago. He studied business management at N.C. State University. He also has past experience in the real estate rental market.

“I’m excited to build my business with RE/MAX Essential,” McDaniel said in the release. “In a short period of time, I knew my transition was the right fit for me. The culture is focused on lifting and growing my business and each other."

Welte (right) has been a Realtor for a year. He also has experience as a coach.

“I’m excited to join the most productive real estate network in the U.S. and heighten the buying and selling experience for my clients,” Welte said in the release. “With the economy improving, it’s a great time to buy real estate. Homes are in high demand and selling quickly.”
