Kate Brandis has joined local digital marketing agency DesignLoud Inc. as an account manager, according to a news release.

Brandis started her role with the company in June. She has worked in radio and TV in Wilmington for 13 years, officials stated in the release.

She worked most recently for WHQR Public Media as an underwriting representative and voice of the station’s sponsorship announcements where she helped "doubled its underwriting revenue over her tenure there," the release stated.

"Kate is going to be a huge asset to our team because of her experience and the level of commitment I have seen her display to her clients while in previous roles," said Derek Schmidt, president of DesignLoud, in the release.
