Two Attorneys Join Law Firm's Wilmington Office

McAngus Goudelock & Courie, a regional insurance defense firm, has added attorneys Luke Dalton and Jordan Leslie to the firm’s Wilmington office, according to a news release.

Dalton and Leslie both join Walt Rapp on the office’s litigation team, officials said.

Dalton defends individuals and businesses in civil and commercial litigation, as well as assists individuals, businesses and insurance companies and their insureds with advertising injury, trademark, copyright and other intellectual property, contract, business and commercial matters.

He earned a Juris Doctor from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law and a bachelor of arts from N.C. State University.

He is a member of the N.C. Association of Defense Attorneys, where he served as the chair of the Young Lawyers Committee. Dalton is also a member of the Wake County Bar Association and the N.C. Bar Association, where he serves on the LEAP Steering Committee.

Leslie (right) practices general litigation and coverage. She earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a bachelor of arts from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced insurance defense and litigation in Raleigh.
