MarineMax Receives National Customer Service Award

By Christina Haley O'Neal, posted Jul 4, 2017
MarineMax Wrightsville Beach recently announced the acceptance of the first annual 2016 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Dealer Award.

The award was presented to dealerships that provided excellent customer service last year, according to a press release from MarineMax.

The award is derived from the feedback of customers as a part of the overall Marine Industry CSI Program. The Marine Industry CSI Dealer Awards honor dealerships that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue improvement to better serve the customer.

Nationally, more than 120,000 boat owners were surveyed, with nearly 40,000 responding in 2016, according to the release.

“MarineMax Wrightsville Beach looks forward to another year of continued dedication to their customers and commitment to enhancing the boating lifestyle,” officials said in the release.
