Marshall, Williams & Gorham Names Partners

Marshall, Williams & Gorham recently announced that attorneys Ellen Wortman and Bonnie Braudway have joined the law firm as partners with focused practices in community association law.
 
Wortman, who has a litigation background, regularly represents and defends community associations and developers, both in and out of court, according to a news release.
 
“She prepares and evaluates governing documents, reviews contracts, and serves as general counsel for communities,” the release stated.
 
Braudway (left) acts as general counsel for associations and works on the collection of assessments.
 
“She works closely with both managed and self-managed associations in the collections process and maintains an interactive website where management companies can track the progress of their accounts in collection,” the release stated.
