N2 Publishing Earns Best Places To Work Award

By Staff Reports, posted Jan 3, 2017
Glassdoor recently honored N2 Publishing for its creation of unique opportunities for workers in their professional and personal lives. N2 received an Employees’ Choice Award as part of Glassdoor’s 2017 Best Places to Work initiative.

“Everyone needs to work to provide an income for their families and make ends meet,” said Duane Hixon, co-founder and CEO of N2 Publishing, in a news release. “Our goal is to make that work meaningful, enjoyable and full of purpose. It’s very humbling that so many of our teammates feel this passionately about our culture.”

Based in Wilmington, N2 Publishing partners with neighborhoods to produce private, monthly publications filled with resident-contributed content.

Now in its ninth year, the Employees’ Choice program relies solely on the input of professionals, who elect to provide feedback on their jobs, work environments and companies via Glassdoor.

The Best Places to Work list was determined using company reviews from U.S.-based employees between Nov. 2, 2015 and Oct. 30, 2016.
