Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage Names New Vice President

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, the largest real estate company in New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender and Onslow counties, has promoted Tom O’Neill to vice president, director of sales. His prior position with the company was director of sales.
 
A University of North Carolina Wilmington graduate with a degree in information technology, O’Neill started his real estate career in 2004 with a large brokerage and development firm in Las Vegas. He returned to Wilmington in 2012 and joined Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage the same year.
 
In his new role O’Neill will continue to work with the company’s existing agents to develop and grow their business. In addition, he will now oversee the firm’s IT department, internet leads, website, search engine optimization and agent training.
 
Sea Coast Advantage was founded in Wilmington in 1988 and joined Coldwell Banker in 1993.
