Funeral And Cremation Service Scores High Grades

White Funeral & Cremation Service of Bolivia recently pulled in exceptionally high customer satisfaction scores which got the outfit one of the top honors awarded by Service Corporation International.
 
Based on customer responses to surveys by J. D. Power & Associates, the Bolivia team of White Funeral & Cremation Service earned an “overall satisfaction” rate of 999.15 out of a possible 1000 points during the second quarter of 2016.
 
Coastal Carolina Marketing Manager Daniel Ensor presented the award to funeral home manager Michael Fulwood and staff on August 30. White Funeral & Cremation Service ranked first among 177 funeral homes in the Main Street East region of the Dignity Memorial network of funeral homes, crematories and cemeteries.
 
In accepting the award Fulwood praised employees for their teamwork in attaining such a high standard of service. He said, “This award reflects staff commitment to Dignity Memorial’s core values of Integrity, Respect, Service Excellence and Enduring Relationships.
