S&ME Transportation Hires Pope

S&ME Transportation has welcomed Allen Pope to its team that manages North Carolina Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) operations, according to a news release.

Pope (at left), a licensed North Carolina Professional Engineer, graduated from N.C. State University with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering.

He previously worked with the N.C. Department of Transportation as a division engineer and later chief engineer of statewide logistics. He is qualified in local transportation planning, public relations, and transport project delivery, the release stated.
