Walker Becomes Director Of Sales At Next Glass

By Jenny Callison, posted Jan 12, 2016
Next Glass recently promoted Brandon Walker to director of sales. He began at the company last May as an intern and then was hired in sales after he completed Draper University’s immersive seven-week entrepreneurship program last summer.

As director of sales, Walker has focused on putting together a team to sell products that Next Glass plans to launch early in 2016.

“I've been developing an inside sales model that enables my team to reach potential customers in an efficient manner while optimizing company resources,” he said in an email.

A native of Aurora, Ohio, Walker attended Aquinas College and then transferred to University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Next Glass, launched in 2013 by father-and-son team George and Kurt Taylor, has developed an app that allows users to build a profile of their tastes in wine and beer, and uses scientific data to suggest other wines and beers they might like.
