Windham Joins Commercial Real Estate Firm

Jason Windham is the newest commercial real estate broker with the Wilmington firm of Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co., the firm announced recently.
 
Windham, a Wilmington native, earned a degree in business administration from University of North Carolina Wilmington, concentrating in management and leadership. He is currently pursuing his certified commercial investment member designation, according to a news release. 
 
Prior to joining Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co. Windham was a sergeant with the Wrightsville Beach Police Department, receiving several awards for his lifesaving work, including the Service Above Self award from the Wilmington Rotary Club in 2013 after he and his partner rescued two women and an infant from a rip current. Windham is also certified by the state as an emergency medical technician, the release stated.
