Rikard Becomes Director At Phoenix

By Zachery Eanes, posted Aug 4, 2015
Will Rikard became executive director at Phoenix Employment Ministry as of July 1, according to a news release.

Rikard takes the position after the organization's founding ED Don Skinner chose to step down at the beginning of July. Skinner, who started the organization in 2002, is continuing in an advisory role through October.

Previously, Rikard had been director of operations at Phoenix and had been with the organization for over two years.

Phoenix is a nonprofit organization that empowers individuals to find and keep satisfying work through job readiness and life skills training, according to its website. The Wilmington-based organization has aided more than 700 people in finding work.
