Lyndsey Stainback, chief recruiting officer with Northwestern Mutual in Wilmington, has earned her Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF) designation from The American College of Financial Services, the company announced recently.

With a CLF designation, Stainback has completed one of the most comprehensive curricula available, according to a news release, and “provides financial services managers with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve key organizational goals.” Those goals, it continued, include recruiting and retaining top performers, setting performance, developing effective business plans and improving managerial skills. The CLF designation allows Stainback, as chief recruiting officer, “to continue to create a culture of success in the Northwestern Mutual network offices,” the release stated.

Founded in 1927, The American College, located in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, is a leading educator of professionals in the financial services industry. It offers an array of specialized designation programs, a CLF and customized continuing education programs for those pursuing a career in financial services, according to the release.

Northwestern Mutual is the marketing name for The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and its subsidiaries. Northwestern Mutual and its subsidiaries offer life insurance, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, annuities, life insurance with long-term care benefits, investment products and advisory products and services, the release stated.
