Espy Joins DBA Executive Board

By Jenny Callison, posted Apr 28, 2015
Commercial real estate agent Terry Espy has joined the Downtown Business Alliance (DBA) executive board, according to a recent news release from the organization.

Involved in real estate for more than 25 years, Espy has “developed and managed projects in the multi-family, retail, hospitality, office, medical and mixed-use sectors in areas with significant barriers to entry,” the release stated, adding that the new executive board member is known for her entrepreneurial approach to development and problem-solving abilities.

“We are very pleased to have Terry join our executive board at a time when the organization continues to grow and attract new members and the board begins strategic planning for the future.” Jim Bitto, president of DBA, said in the release. “There are several large projects in the wings for downtown, and Terry’s input and understanding of issues that may be of interest to our membership will be valuable.”

The Downtown Business Alliance is a membership-based non-profit whose mission is to unite, promote and support the downtown business community, including the Castle Street merchants and the Brooklyn Arts District.
