Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage has welcomed Lisa Overby-Dosier to the Carolina Beach office, according to a news release.
Overby-Dosier has been a resident of Carolina Beach for 14 years and has extensive knowledge of the area real estate, stated the release.
She is the founder of a residential cleaning business that has operated in the area for the past five years. She has also worked as a second-grade teacher.
“As a successful business owner, Lisa brings a thorough knowledge of marketing and negotiating to her role as an agent,” said Kimberly Sands, manager of the Carolina Beach office, in the release. “Her extensive market knowledge and genuine affinity for helping people makes her an asset to our office and our company.”
