Sherri Pickard, managing broker of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage’s Wilmington office, was named 2016 Realtor of the Year by Cape Fear Realtors.
 
The award, the group’s highest award is given to honor Realtors “who have provided outstanding service to Cape Fear Realtors, their profession, the state and National Associations and to their community,” according to a news release.
 
Pickard has worked in the real estate industry for 13 years and joined Sea Coast Advantage in 2008. In 2015, she served as president of Cape Fear Realtors, she served last year on various N.C. Association of Realtors committees, including its Risk Management Advisory Group and co-chair of the N.C. Homeowners Alliance.
