Sheatsley Joins Novant Health Practice In Shallotte

Novant Health Oceanside Family Medicine & Convenient Care in Shallotte has announced the addition of another physician to its staff: Jerrod Sheatsley.

Sheatsley, who is board-certified in family medicine, joined the practice Aug. 1, according to a news release.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and completed medical school at Marshall University’s Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine. Sheatsley then did a general surgery internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, and a family medicine residency at Cabarrus Family Medicine in Concord.

The practice facility also recently announced completion of an addition that houses 12 new exam rooms and renovation of the property to create increased parking space for the clinic.

Novant Health Oceanside Family Medicine & Convenient Care is at 5145 Sellars Road.
