Century 21 Hires Sales Associates

Century 21 Sweyer & Associates has added 11 new sales associates to its network in the Wilmington area, according to series of recent news releases.

Richard Benedetti previously worked for the Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, which is one of the largest independently owned agencies in the country, according to the release.

A. Bobby Borromeo moved to North Carolina from Washington, where he earned an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Washington and a law degree  from Seattle University. He practiced law in Washington.

Mary Claire Caine served with the U.S. Air Force, then earned a degree in biological business management from N.C. State University.

Diana Corbett began her real estate career managing residential rental apartments in Chapel Hill and Wilmington. She also has experience with relocation services, residential vacation and long-term property management.

Lee Eatmon is a recent arrival in Wilmington. An alumnus of East Carolina University, Eatmon first joined his family’s business and then became involved in all aspects of real estate and also owned a self-storage facility, which he sold in 2014 before moving to Wilmington.

Jason Fowler moved to Wilmington from Boston, where he had a 30-year career in corporate telecom sales and an eight-year career in real estate.

Dorrell Jackson, a North Carolina native, has family roots in the real estate industry.

Reneé Lyna  is a recent graduate of Cape Fear Community College and has a background in the banking industry, which she believes has prepared her as an “expert in customer service.”

Shane Sonnenfeld, originally from Puerto Rico, attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington where he received a degree in elementary education.

Alison Stevens moved to Wilmington in 2007.

Elizabeth Taylor, a six-year resident of Wrightsville Beach, is originally from the Washington, D.C., area. Her background includes experience in event planning, customer service and marketing.
