WCFHBA Announces 2017 President And Officers

The Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association (WCFHBA) held its annual installation meeting Dec. 13 and installed the 2017 president, Deans Hackney of Horizon Homes, and the 2017 officers and directors.
 
Hackney will succeed Heath Clark of Bill Clark Homes and officially take over as the association’s president Jan. 1. Clark will serve as the immediate past president and remain on the association’s executive committee.
 
Hackney comes to the association with more than 20 years of development and building experience with developments and homes constructed within New Hanover County, Wilmington and Brunswick County.
 
The 2017 executive committee for the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association is as follows: President, Deans Hackney, Horizon Homes; 1st Vice President, David Spetrino, Plantation Building Corp.; 2nd Vice President, Shawn Horton, Trusst Builder Group; Secretary, Craig Smith, 70 West Builders; Treasurer, Jordy Rawl, Stevens Fine Homes; Past President’s Council, John Lancaster, Venture Homes of Coastal Carolina; and Past President, Heath Clark, Bill Clark Homes.
 
The Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association is a 900+ member-firm trade association.
