AppyCity Helps Develop Additional Local Apps

By V.L. Craven, posted Apr 8, 2016

The newly released Wilmington Law App, developed by local company AppyCity, is aimed at helping those looking for legal assistance find the attorneys.

For clients, the app provides, “accurate and complete information about lawyers and their diverse practice areas, from family law, to wills and estates, to bankruptcy, personal injury and more,” a news release stated “The app is also a source to engage private investigators, bail bondsmen and family counselors.”

Attorneys can use the app as, “an outlet where they can showcase their business and update the information, regularly, and in real-time,” the release stated.

Another app built on Appy City’s Jericho system also recently launched.

Port City Young Professionals, a local networking group, announced late March that it now has a mobile app that serves as a “free interactive resource to connect area professionals to area businesses, organizations, and each other,” a news release stated.

In the app, Port City Young Professionals (PCYP) members and businesses can be found by category or title. Daily deals and specials, volunteer opportunities and events info also is included.

The two apps are compatible on iOS or Android devices and available in Apple’s App Store or Google Play.
