CastleBranch Extends Career Event Hours To Attract Working Professionals

By Jenny Callison, posted May 15, 2015
At its next career event Tuesday, CastleBranch Corp. is throwing its net wider by scheduling the event in the late afternoon and evening hours.

The career open house, billed as an “open group interview career event,” will take place from 3 to 6:30 p.m. at the company’s headquarters, 1844 Sir Tyler Drive, according to a release from the company. Its primary purpose is to fill positions in the operations department, which functions similarly to a call center.

“The operations team is responsible for the review of records, order processing, customer service calls and general problem solving for clients,” the release stated.

“The timing of the event is intended to make applying more feasible for currently employed professionals as well as anyone with daytime obligations,” the release stated. “This is the first evening career event held by CastleBranch. In addition, the company hopes that many recent graduates from area colleges and universities will attend to apply for their first jobs in the professional world post-graduation.”

Applicants are welcome to register by submitting resumes to [email protected]. Walk-ins are also welcome. Applicants should dress professionally and bring copies of their resumes, the release stated.

CastleBranch touts its emphasis on work-life balance. The release mentioned the company’s gym, company garden and on-site food truck, in addition to its ping-pong tables, skee-ball game and casual dress code.
When the company applied to New Hanover County and the city of Wilmington for an incentives package to help underwrite a major expansion here, it agreed to create 420 new jobs by the end of 2017 as a condition of receiving up to $500,000 from the city and county.

CastleBranch Corp. is a major national background screening and compliance management company. CastleBranch brands provide background screening, drug testing, employment verification, immunization tracking, certified records review, document management and related services to a growing national base of organizations.
