(Sabrina Stephens)
Sabrina Stephens is the new market president for North State Bank’s Wilmington office, the bank’s CEO Larry Barbour announced in a recent press release.

“Sabrina is deeply rooted and well-respected in the Wilmington community, which is exactly what I am looking for in a market president,” Barbour said in a statement.

Stephens, a North Carolina native, holds graduate degrees in banking from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and the North Carolina School of Banking at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

“With over 25 years in banking, Sabrina has developed strong leadership skills and a passion for banking that is unparalleled,” Barbour said in a statement. “I could not envision someone more suited to represent our bank in the Wilmington market.”

Prior to her promotion Stephens was the bank's regional vice president and Wilmington market executive.
