Britton Center 100 Percent Leased

By J. Elias O'Neal, posted May 9, 2014
A shopping center located near the busy intersection of South College and Carolina Beach roads in Monkey Junction is fully occupied.

Electra Vapor will soon move into 1,200 square feet of retail space at the Britton Center at 5330 Carolina Beach Road, Nicholas Silivanch, vice president of retail leasing and acquisition for Wilmington-based Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners and principal leasing agent with Team Silivanch, said on Friday. The tenant brings the shopping center to 100 percent occupancy.

Silivanch completed the Friday transaction for an undisclosed amount.

Electra Vapor specializes in the sale of e-cigarettes, parts and accessories.

David Peterson, CEO of Electra Vapor, said Friday he plans to relocate his existing store at 5310-A Carolina Beach Road to the Britton Center location by June 1.

Electra Vapor, which currently operates five stores in greater Wilmington, will join Wilmington Lady Fitness and Verizon Wireless in the retail center.
