The flavors of fall aren’t just for coffee and baked goods.
Starting Thursday, Oct. 1, Buzzed Bull Creamery is bringing back its lineup of fall flavors, all fully customizable as handmade ice cream or milkshakes with or without an added “buzz.”
Specializing in hand-crafted alcoholic and non-alcoholic ice cream, Buzzed Bull makes every item to order using liquid nitrogen, allowing guests to select their ingredients and see the process of their ice cream being created.
Manager Dominic Cennane said two of last year’s most popular flavors which will be returning are Caramel Green Apple and Pumpkin Pie.
For a buzzed concoction, the Caramel Green Apple is best paired with Oakheart Rum, while Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey is recommended for the Pumpkin Pie.
Cennane said one of his fall favorites is the Bonfire, which has all the flavors of a classic s’more. While it can be paired with any alcohol, Cennane recommends Fireball for this one as well.
When prepared as ice cream, marshmallow syrup is infused into the ice cream base, and chocolate chips and graham crackers are mixed in. When prepared as a shake, it’s topped with chocolate chips and graham crackers.
Also on the menu will be the Hard Apple Pie, prepared with spiced apples and apple moonshine, and Maple Pecan which pairs nicely with bourbon.
Cennane said the fall flavors will be available through the holiday season.
Buzzed Bull currently has a small amount of indoor seating, as well as five outside tables and is open daily from 4:00 p.m. to 9 p.m. Orders can be called in ahead of arrival, but any treats containing alcohol must be fully consumed on premise.
